Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2023, pioneering grassroots jazz organisation Jazz re:freshed are partnering with the iconic Roundhouse in London on 29th July for the 10th edition of its one-day festival JAZZ RE:FEST.
Returning to London for the first time since 2017, festival goers will be treated to live performances from the best young UK jazz talent, including: South London collective Steam Down, saxophonist-polymath Tyrone Isaac Stuart, drummer-producer Romarna Campbell, vocalists Zola Marcelle and Sofia Grant, London based quartet Golden Mean and award-winning tuba player and composer Theon Cross.
JAZZ RE:FEST 2023 will feature over 50 DJs and musicians over the course of the day, providing a platform for emerging and underexposed musicians from across the country and championed by the organisation, to share a stage with more established acts. .

For 20 years, Jazz re:freshed has been at the forefront of the UK jazz scene, elevating, amplifying and spotlighting the breadth of talented young artists from across the musical spectrum to reach new audiences.
As a non-profit dedicated to creating fun, inclusive and affordable spaces for the advancement of the music, the organisation has provided crucial early career support for the likes of Shabaka Hutchings, Nubya Garcia and many more now making waves on the world stage.
Built on the foundations of its weekly residency, and now presenting the 10th edition of its wide-ranging JAZZ RE:FEST festival, Jazz re:freshed has grown into a multi-faceted arts organisation and cultural institution, comprised of band development programs, DJ Club nights, multiple partnerships, an award winning record label and a paradigm shifting international showcasing initiative.
