AAART by Chris Bardell

I love painting and drawing for both a hobby and a business; art allows me to lose and find myself at the same time. I am quite an experimental artist; for example I’ve recently started using a toothbrush to flick paint, which works very effectively. I am always trying to find new ways of creating art and develop my own style. I use pencil, pen, acrylics and watercolours. I work on a variety of subjects such as portraits, still life, cars, shoes and abstract art. My predominant styles are photorealistic and using bright colours. ? I am aspiring to sell my artwork and make a name for myself as an artist. I am also planning on studying Product Design at a university next year and pursue a career in the design industry where I can combine my art practice. ~ Chris Bardell
